Delivery is usually by letter of the German Post

Free deliveries
If we can not deliver an order once complete, the deliveries are for you are always free!

 
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Please check on receipt of the package, if it is undamaged and sealed complaint and most obvious damage immediately at the latest within one week of package delivery.
If you only notice when unpacking merchandise that is damaged or has other defects, we will replace them complementary error-free products or missing parts. Please send the goods back with the original packaging at the best way for you. In case of wrong deliveries, we will refund your postage costs natrue!
